Really enjoying MobileAPI.dev
MobileAPI.dev | Complete Device Specs API for Developers: Device specifications API with 31,500+ phones, tablets & wearables. Get specs, images and pr. I've been using this for a bit and really appreciate how well it's put together. The interface is clean and it does exactly what it promises. Nice work by the team.

Coverage good, watch the pricing
Looked into MobileAPI for a device finder we are building. Data quality is decent on flagship devices, slightly thinner on regional variants which matters if you ship globally. Documentation is clear and the auth flow took five minutes to set up. Free tier is generous for testing but you will hit limits fast in production, worth checking paid tier pricing before committing.

Solid REST API for device specs
Evaluated this for a comparison page I am building. The dataset is wide, 31k plus devices, and the API is properly RESTful with predictable endpoints. Free tier was plenty for a prototype. Images and pricing are a bonus I did not expect at this tier. If you are building any kind of phone comparison or trade in tool, this saves a multi week scrape.

Used it for a class project, fell in love
Was building a smartphone recommendation app for a senior project and needed clean device data. Free tier covered the whole semester. Got an A on the project and the dataset was honestly the reason it looked polished. Now using it for a small side product. Documentation was good enough that I never needed support.

The dataset I wish I had three years ago
Built a phone trade in calculator a few years back and spent six weeks scraping device specs from various sites. MobileAPI would have collapsed that into an afternoon. The image and pricing fields are bonuses that make this the right pick for any consumer facing comparison tool. Hat tip to whoever maintains this.
