Spreadsheet finally retired
For two years our marketing tool spend lived in a shared spreadsheet that I updated whenever I remembered, which meant we got auto-renewed on at least three tools nobody was using anymore. CostLoop pulled most of our subscriptions straight out of the billing emails in my inbox on day one, and the renewal reminders now actually land before the charge instead of after. Seeing the monthly total by category made it obvious we were paying for two overlapping analytics tools, so that alone covered the switch. The one thing I still want is a native connector to push the spend data into our reporting dashboard instead of exporting a CSV each month.
