Solid tool, worth checking out

Capable procurement, ask about implementation
ZYNO covers the full procurement lifecycle which most competitors do not at this price point. Smart workflows worked well in our pilot, real time visibility is genuine. Worth being clear with sales about implementation cost upfront because the rollout is the real expense, not the license. Documentation could be deeper on the API side.

Solid procurement platform for mid market
Looked at ZYNO for a manufacturing client moving off spreadsheets. Vendor onboarding flow is clean, the approval chains support our hierarchy without weird workarounds, and the audit trail is real. Best fit for orgs with 50 to 500 employees. Integration with our ERP took two weeks which is on par with anything in this space.

ZYNO ended our spreadsheet purgatory
We were running procurement on a shared Google Sheet that broke every quarter end. ZYNO replaced it with real workflows and an audit trail. Vendor onboarding is the cleanest part of the platform. Cut our cycle time on POs in half. Good fit for any growing company moving past the spreadsheet phase.

Got my evenings back
I was the person in our small ops team who manually chased approval signatures and vendor docs until 8pm most days. ZYNO collapsed that to a few clicks.
