Finally stopped guessing about my role
Before this I had a messy spreadsheet where I'd list my weekly tasks and hand-score each one on how automatable I thought it was, which mostly meant arguing with myself and never trusting the number. Running the check took about a minute and it broke my job down into the parts AI already handles versus the parts it can't, with an actual plan for what to do next instead of just a scary percentage. I've since dropped the spreadsheet and used the output to pitch my manager on shifting more of my time toward customer discovery. One thing I still want is a way to re-run it every few months and see how my score moves as the tools get better.
