We run two locations plus a mobile van and the shared pet records are the bit that actually changed our day to day — a groomer at either site can see the same notes, vaccination dates and past cuts without ringing round. Online booking has been reliable, the calendar handles overlaps sensibly, and the reporting gives me most of what I need for weekly numbers. My one wish is for more control over exports: the CSVs are fine for a quick look, but I end up reshaping them every time before they go into our own spreadsheets, so a scheduled or more configurable export would save me a repetitive job. Solid tool for the price, which is hard to argue with.
