Hireow

Solid tool, worth checking out

Hireow does a good job at what it sets out to do. Hireow: Hireow powered by devmeup. Key features: Drop your resume here, ATS Match Rate, Actionable rewrites, not generic advice.. Pricing: Free + $7. I think it's best suited for people who need this specific functionality. Would love to see more integrations in the future.

I tested Hireow with three different resumes from clients I'm placing, and the ATS Match Rate score lined up closely with what I was seeing in the actual applicant systems those companies use, which was the main thing I wanted to confirm before trusting it. The rewrites are the part that stuck with me, because instead of telling you to 'add more keywords' it hands you specific bullet replacements tied to the job posting you pasted in, so you can accept or tweak them in a couple minutes. Pricing is simple, a free tier to try it and $7 for the full version, which is low enough that I didn't have to run it past anyone, though I'd like clearer wording on exactly how many scans the free tier allows before you hit the wall. There's basically no learning curve, you drop the file and paste the posting and you're looking at results in under a minute. What I'd want next is some kind of export or integration so I can push the rewritten resume straight into my own workflow instead of copying text
