They actually listened
Took me a while to look for help and Anvaya was the first place where the intake felt like a real conversation, not a checklist. The treatment plan they put together matched what I was actually dealing with. The team checks in, follows through, makes space. Not easy to write this kind of review but they earned it.

Felt heard from the first call
Wife pushed me to find someone and I was burned out before I even started. Anvaya answered the phone, slot was available the same week, and the clinician was the right level of patient and direct. Sessions feel structured, not script reading. Still ongoing but my baseline is genuinely better.
